Udemy couldn't confirm my identity.

I can send front and back side photo of my identity card.

I need help.

Persona wanted my both sides of identity card.

I uploaded.

Then wanted my face's photo from 2 sides.

I exited.

Why my identity card is not enough ?

    Persona verifies your identity within 2 or 3 working days.

    But why do i have to send my face's 2 sides photos to persona ?

    Why my identity card is not enough ?
