link to udemy course image creation

I'm trying to find the link where I can submit my course id in order to get a course image. Is this still a feature Udemy provides? Has the process changed?

    As Udemy has continued to grow, we’ve taken a careful look at the value of this service and decided to discontinue it. Given the size of Udemy’s marketplace, the uniqueness of each course, and the logistics involved, it was determined this service is no longer feasible.

    We feel confident that our course image guidelines make it simple and easy for instructors to create their own course images.
