Is it important for instructor to solve students queries in qna section of course?? Does it affect course rating? Can I get good ratings without answering qna?? What's your experience? Or opinions

    Students are your customers. Customer satisfaction determines your ratings. If your questions are ignored, would that affect how you would rate and instructor?
