Fellow English Language/ESL/Writing Instructors - I would like to talk

I am looking specifically for those who have experience creating English Language/Writing courses or those who are just starting. I have some questions I would like to bounce off of you that is germane to the content and not necessarily to Udemy itself, although course creation and promotion would be involved in my questions I suppose.
