Course description challenges.

I am new to the community and have just posted my first free course. Within a week 70 students enrolled which was very good for my morale.

One student who completed the course indicated

  1. The positive as Knowledgeable instructor which is very important , valuable information and clear explanations affirmed my belief that I was on a correct path.
  2. A negative on Course description.

Should I be worried about this?

Has anyone here faced similar situations and how did you handle it.

Is a statement from one student too early for me to change anything.

Thanks and appreciate your responses in advance.

regards

    Hi @Dr.Shambavi
, welcome to our community, and congratulations on publishing your first free course!

Thank you for sharing your questions about the feedback you've received from a student. I'm sure many instructors have experienced similar situations, so I'm hoping we can get some replies in this thread soon.

In the meantime, I highly recommend checking the following support article: Course Description: Quality Standards. In this article we cover:

    • Best practices for the tone of your description
    • Best practices for the structure of your description
    • Minimum requirements to pass our Quality Review Process
    • Examples of good course descriptions
    • How to edit your course description on Udemy

I hope that's helpful for you!
