how much you guyz think that is a good convertion rate (of sells) on the course home page?In my firts paied course i have around 10%.. its good?And in my free ones i have around 45~50%.

You can go to Tools and then Marketplace insight, then enter your course category to see the average conversion rate in your category and accordingly judge where you stand.
