I have one dought regarding course promotions

Let suppose I create 1 udemy free course and 1 udemy paid course, free course have 1 lakh students can I send promotional email to free course students please let me know ....

    You can only send educational announcement to free students, but if you provide them value, they will search for you to learn more and gain more knowledge from you. Free courses help establish you as a brand and provide some value for free while you can provide the rest as a paid course.
