Hello and happy new year everyone!
I have just submitted my test video. Once I have had the feedback, how do I upload further videos? Is this adjusted automatically in my course set up?

Test videos are optional. They are an excellent resource to receive feedback for your audio and video qualities. You do not have to wait for a reply from the Udemy review team to start producing your course. You can see in this link how to add sections, lectures and videos to your course:
