Dubbing

Hi everyone. I would like to create a course but i got some problem about my speaking. Can i use dubbing voice.

I sent a test video and i got a feedback from udemy and they said i should use my voice.

Now i was wonering. Do i have to use my voice or can i use dubbing voice?

    Hey! I had the same question when I started. Udemy does recommend using your own voice because it feels more authentic to students, but I’ve seen some courses use high-quality dubbing too. If your content is solid and the voice sounds natural, it might still work but it’s always good to check with Udemy support directly just to be sure.

    When I just started on Udemy I dubbed the promo video with my own voice and Udemy flagged it. This was because my lips didn’t match my voice so it seemed like I stole someone else’s video. I redid it without recording audio and video separately. Try your own voice. Actually I had no idea it is forbidden to dub given the AI options out there.
