It's been a month since we launched the improved coding exercise experience and we're thrilled with how many of you and your learners are using it! To spread the word, we ran a marketing campaign that included:

• A new product video that showcases the tool and experience
• A dedicated homepage banner that directs to courses with coding exercises
• A homepage pop-up notification for Udemy Business learners
• Social media posts on Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, and Facebook
• An email to learners in courses with coding exercises

If you have content in the Udemy Business collection, we've got good news for you! Today, we launched new views for the Performance Dashboard to let you check out data specifically about your Udemy Business performance. From ratings to learner interests to course engagement and more, you can now track how your content is performing in Udemy Business and plan your next move with confidence.

This update also includes a few items that should help all instructors, regardless of Udemy Business participation -- for example, we've provided more data on the devices learners are using to take your courses, and we've improved load times for those of you with a lot of data to display.

We want to give a special thank you to the instructors who volunteered their time in our closed beta --  @Gustavo, @MichaelPog, @SamuelLenk, @Andrew_Pach, @Rahul Iyer, and many others. Your feedback over the last several months was invaluable as we developed these new features.

We're excited to announce that our improved coding exercises are now live! There’s a fresh new look, new guidance features, and an expanded language library. Here's a summary of the key improvements:

Today, Udemy reported fourth quarter and full year 2022 earnings, posting strong results and closing out our first year as a public company with a 22% year-over-year increase in annual revenue.

Hi all,

Tax season has arrived in the United States, and so have 2022 tax forms for US instructors! If you submitted form W-9 (for US persons and businesses), you should be able to access Form 1099-MISC summarizing your 2022 Udemy earnings and withholding at this point. You can view your form and securely download a PDF of it in your Payout & Tax Settings page. A physical copy will also be mailed to you at the address you provided when you submitted your most recent tax information.

Over the past few months, we’ve done some research to understand how we can improve the Udemy mobile app for you. Many of you shared your challenges with viewing and responding to learner Q&A on the app. Based on your feedback, we've updated the instructor mobile Q&A experience to be more intuitive across iOS and Android.

Now on the instructor app, you’ll be able to:
- Mark, view, and remove featured questions
- Add filters to sort by newest, oldest, and most upvoted questions
- View lecture and section information for each question for more context

We hope these updates help you interact with and support learners more easily across devices than ever before! To check out the changes, sign in to your account on the Udemy mobile app, tap Switch to Instructor View under the Account tab, and then tap Q&A under the Inbox tab.

As some of you may have noticed, we have just rolled out a new feature to the community. As of this morning, we have launched a new ranking system so you can see your progress as you engage with the community! In this post, I will go through the ranking system and show you how to navigate it.

There has been a delay in the release of the Udemy Business earning figures in the Revenue Report, which was supposed to be available yesterday. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. This issue is currently being investigated by our engineers and we hope to have a solution as soon as possible.

Please note that this doesn't affect when you're paid out, just when the previous month's reporting appears on your Revenue Report.

Once the issue has been addressed, we will post an update in this thread.

2022 was another year of incredible change, with new economic realities, new ways of working, and new technologies. But through it all, learners looked to you and your courses to help them meet those challenges.
