At the beginning of the year, we shared some ways to improve our pricing strategy so learners have an easier time seeing differences in course value and quality. After rigorous testing, we’re happy to give you an update on our list price experiment results and share the following upcoming changes.

Thanks and keep your eyes peeled for the invite to come out.
It’s now June and we have a new theme for you all, Learning Design! Each instructor has their own methods for designing their courses and we want to hear about your experiences. We’d love for you to stop by our coffee chat and network with fellow instructors while sharing your experience on designing your learning experience!
We’ve received several reports of the September Revenue Report not displaying as expected, as well as Promotional Emails and Educational Announcements not being sent out. We understand the importance of these features and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our Engineering team is working diligently to resolve both issues.
Please continue to report any issues to our Instructor Support team or use this thread to document them. Once we have additional information, and/or once this is resolved, we will update this thread.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through this matter.
After more than a year of running Personal Plan (a subscription for individual learners) in select English-speaking markets, we're getting ready to include more languages and markets over the rest of the year. Brazil is up first, with subscribers able to access top courses in both Portuguese and English in the next few weeks. After that, we're looking to include German and Spanish content, with other markets to follow.
We've learned and changed a lot about this new offering since we first piloted it last April. These efforts have helped us guide prospective learners to the right experiences for their needs, whether that's a subscription or an individual course purchase. For example, a test in the UK confirmed the value of offering a free trial, while another proved that offering learners tools to schedule dedicated learning time helped them stay on track.
To read more about Personal Plan, including a refresher on what content is included and how instructors are compensated, please read on in theTeaching Center.
