I am 10+ years experienced Game developer And running my startup White Bears Studio since 3 years now. We are purely into gaming. 

While recruiting more candidates, I had a bug bad time searching for appropriate team members with adequate knowledge companies need. 

Hence I thought of starting my courses, train people and hire them right away either through remote or full time positions.
