Hello, can somebody help? It is more than a month now and I'm still waiting for a resolution. Every time I ask Udemy support of the status, I get a standard reply that the specialist is looking into the issue. I have sent around 12-13 emails until now and I get the same reply. I cannot comprehend why a specialist would take more than a month to analyze the issue and still not resolve it. Is this normal?

Dear all, my support ticket with Udemy for a PayPal payment issue is pending from more than 3 weeks now without any resolution. I have been following up with Udemy every 2-3 days however everytime I get a standard response that support is waiting for a response from the specialist. Also I get this response only when I send the reminder email, else there is no response. The issue is simple. Udemy issued the very first payment on 6th of November to my PayPal account. PayPal didn't release the payment as my KYC verification was pending ( I'm based out of India). I followed up with PayPal and got my account verified. PayPal confirmed my account is now in a good status, however they cannot release the already issued payment. The only option is to ask Udemy to cancel and resend the payment. Hence I filed the support ticket with Udemy. Now I'm seriously concerned why would Udemy not resolve this issue for more than 3 weeks. Is this normal? How has been the experience for you for such issues? For me, this has been one of the worst customer service experience. Is there a way to escalate this so that the issue is expediated? I did not expect to have such a nightmare for my very first payment! Regards, Om
