I've done the approval process twice and nothing yet. I did a new one today but my first one was over a week ago. It says it takes up to 2-3 business days but so far nothing. Any reason why?
Hi, it's my first time uploading a course in Udemy, I upload the first video, but now I don't have the option to add more lessons. how can I get support? clicking in the 3 lines should open the option to add the video but is not working.

Hey there. I'm uploading my first course and can't seem to find a way to include .srt files along with the .mp4 videos. I've looked into it and it says only .vvt file format is accepted. I mean I can convert my .srt files to .vvt somehow but how can I upload those while I'm on "Curriculum" page. Thanks in advance.
My current online LMS had suggested that it had a relationship with udemy. I didn't see it listed on your business connections to other lms sites. My current LMS was charging fee to create a connection to udemy. Is it possible to also post the course on udemy without creating that connection? Thank you.

I have just launched my first course and I have created the 100 free coupon. I have sent the coupon link to potential students. I find that when they clicked on the link, they are still asked to pay? Hi everybody! I am Tim Chui and I have just launched my first course. I teach on plant engineering subjects. I find that the category that we have to select when developing a course is quite limited for the engineering topics. There's even no category called "Engineering". I hope Udemy could expand on this category.
