Working professionals teaching on udemy corporate policy violation?

Hi All,

Kindly help me here. I am working for a software services company, for example IBM like company. 

Will i lose job or is it a policy violation if i continue teaching on udemy?  I know it depends on my company policy but these policies should be same across all companies.

It's not the same across all companies. It's very specific to YOUR employer's policies. You are best served by asking YOUR employer.

You are asking a question that is a question of both policy and law. I think @Anonymous is right. Any answer to your question other than that is risking putting you in a legally dangerous position.
