course approved, announced on my site, changed to public, students cant enr

My course was just approved.  I announced it on my site, but no one can enroll because it went back into review since I switched it to "Public".

Yeah, that’s how it works.  A private course doesn’t get as thorough a review, so when it’s made public, it goes through another review.
