Hyperlink to UTube Videos in Course

Hi

I am first time at creating an on-line course.  I would to ad a hyperlink to U tube video in my course, so that it can be presented during my course.  Is this ok to do or possible?

Also with quiz.  I have created one externally in Typeform. Should I just use the hyperlink of type-form to add this in the course?
