What are "solutions" under assignment creation?

Im trying to understand what I need to put there? Can someone please give me an example?

@CoreyGrayCoaching On the left hand side, click on questions. Add a question, then click on solution and you can proceed. A solution is an answer to the question. Does that clarify or was there a more specific question?
