Where are you from?
I was born in West Africa Sierra Leone. My family moved to the US when I was 10 years old. I grew up in Washington DC regions.
What is your teaching area?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology. My area of teaching is mainly in corrective exercises, life skills, education advancement, and self ddevelopment. Over 12 years of experience teaching, and as a student.
Why did you join the Instructor Community? I joined the community over 3 years ago. I enrolled in several courses and completed 80% of them and many more to go. I believe as an educator you will always be a student as well. We learn from differently from a diverse experts methodology.

Fun fact about me, I love singing in the shower. Truth is I am the worst singer, so it's best I spare others from chicken scratch singing ability.
