Hi!

Let me share with you a powerful recipe for top performance of the brain.

The following preparation is very nutritious for brain & nerves:

Put crashed nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts) + seeds (pumpkin, flax, sesame, sunflower) + dry fruit (figs, apricots, plums) in a mix of honey and spices (cloves, cardamom, pepper), plus add 3 spoons of cacao powder, and leave for 1 week. As a guidance use 1 full spoon of these spices (in powder) with ½ kg of honey. You see, honey acts as a medium to take advantage of the full potential of the nutrients. I like to prepare this mixture to enhance the cognitive function.

Love it! Also for brain health: cinnamon, beets, rosemary. Lots of science backed research.

It's amazing how Mother Nature reflects its abundance.

If you have a look at the walnut kernel, you know right away that it's beneficial to the brain (the resemblance is unbelievable).
