Can I amend curriculum and add lectures after course is completed?

Hi everyone, new teacher here. I'm very excited to start creating my course.

As title says, do I have the flexibility to add lectures and amend the curriculum after my course is submitted and online?  I forsee myself adding more lectures/content from time to time to add more value to the course, and maybe even restructuring the course if necessary.
