Udemy Policy in terms of publishing trainings

Hope everyone is doing fine.

I'm planning to create a set of courses and publish it through Udemy. 

So, I need to know what is the Policy? what should I pay? How I can get the revenues?

And, If I can get a premium package in term of Marketing.

Also, I have a couple of questions as a beginner.

Start by reading the TOS and instructor agreement.
