Hello everybody,
I failed my automated verification process (honestly I don't know why..) and I have sent my verification mail with video and text but I didn't receive any answer so far and since in my instructor page I see a message saying that my account will be removed in 3 days if i don't complete the verification process I'm kind of worried that this process won't happen in time.
Can anybody help me with advice on what else to do.
