I feel the following ideas can help you get started:

Use your social media profiles to create content related to your course like:

short videos
webinars
create blog posts with problems that can be solved with your course
infographics
contribute to other discussions offering real solutions but for more direct the people to your course.

In a nutshell, show the value your course can bring in solving other people's problems and that will help your student base grow.
