Time between rating and publication

Hey all,

I have a quick question: Do you know, how long it takes till a rating is published? In the course overview, it says that it can take up to 48h. However that does not match my experience. In my course, a student asked me, how to rate and I showed him. But the ratings did not change. All of sudden 2 weeks later, it suddenly popped up with a "2 weeks ago" marker.

It would be nice to see the ratings that are maybe in the pipeline and not published. Maybe I have a blooper in the course and will get to know a lot later that students start to complain about it.

Hi @AlexanderFell it usually takes 48 hours to be reflected in the course landing page whenever you see a delayed behaviour is better to report it to instructorsupport@udemy.com as they might need to investigate.
