Video editing apps have become indispensable tools for both amateurs and professionals alike, offering a wide range of features to enhance and refine videos. From basic trimming and cutting to advanced effects and transitions, these apps empower users to unleash their creativity. Popular choices like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve cater to professionals with robust features and capabilities. On the other hand, mobile apps like iMovie, Kinemaster, and InShot provide convenient editing options on the go, making video editing accessible to anyone with a smartphone. With the rise of social media dow jones fintechzoom and content creation, video editing apps continue to evolve, offering intuitive interfaces and powerful tools to bring ideas to life in stunning visuals.

I began by using iMovie (it's free on Macs). I found it had more than enough features/etc. to let me build courses. Eventually I reached a point where I needed more power/features, so I went with Davinci (also free). It's a LOT more complex, but gets the job done.

I really like Power Director by Cyberlink. There is a bit of a learning curve, but it's professional level video editing and you are only limited to your imagination and skill level. I think it's about $60 a year.
