Hi its Agnideb Sen, A proffetional conter violence self defence trainer. I have taught  from previous  10 years in deferent martial arts like wrestling, grappling, Muaythai, kickboxing, Jeet kune do and krav maga. And I am go'na teach Zero to advance skills of self defence and counter violence.
