Welcome @ChrystieV we are glad to have you here! I think there are a few things that could make the community better in general. More open communication about any changes and updates that effect instructors and students. More educational content for creators, a good deal of senior instructors do share their experiences but a more structured format may be more beneficial. There are so many thing you need to do and not do as a new instructor, I think the quality of instructors would be higher if they were provided better resources. More sub-forums, my needs are very different than someone just starting out. I have been on Udemy for 4+ years, been full time 3 years and have a team behind me. We have groups etc. outside of Udemy but it would make more sense here. How to find/onboard staff, how to set up processes, workflows, automations, not necessarily done by Udemy but a subforum where we can discuss topics that are of interest to us. More engagement from Udemy's side, it is often just announcements and replies to contact policy@ or instructorsupport@ for a specific answer.
