How do I create an online learning game with no experience?

Hello,

I'm creating an online music course for the first time. I am attempting to teach beginners how to read rhythms. I would like to make a simple online learning game for practice and assessment using music notation, sound files and a word bank. I have no coding experience. If anyone has any advice on how and where to get started I would very much appreciate it.
