Changes on a course already published

Hello everybody. I've got some doubts about what I can change of my course after it's been published.

1)  Will I be able to add lessons and quiz wherever I want - even between other lessons already published?
2) Will I be able to substitute or modify questions and answers of the quiz already published?
3) Will I be able to add downloadable resources at every time?
4) Will I be able to cancel or modify downloadable resources already uploaded?

1. Yes, you will be able to add quizzes to your course and edit them at any time.

2. Yes, you can update quizzes that has been published

3. You can edit your course content whenever you feel is needed.

4. Yes, you can modify downloadable resources.
