I am Waqar Iqbal an IT professional as well as a Web Developer. I am currently working as a freelance Web Developer for numerous clients around the globe. I am intending to publish some valuable courses on Udemy related to IT especially Web Developement which is my ultimate field of work. Actually, I am little confused about the Eligibility of my Country which is [PAKISTAN] and wanna confirm if I will be eligible to publish my courses on Udemy being from Pakistan.

Hi @WI  eligibility to publish is a question you need to direct to Udemy - ask policy@udemy.com. I figure if you can create an account as an instructor then you can publish. Have you checked on Udemy for other courses in your language? That could be a way to find out.
