Hi,
We are a E-learning platform - iSM Circle, based in Mumbai, India. Though we have successfully uploaded the content for our course but somehow have been unable to process our 'Business Pan Card'. We tried submitting high resolution image but yet it is not accepting the image. Due to which we cannot complete our Payment setting for the course. Though are Pan Card being directly not in the name of iSM but in the name of its Parent Company - Eastern Harmony. Can the difference of the names create an issue. Kindly help with a solution or alternatives that we can try to resolve the issue.
