More detailed case-studies of breakthroughs experienced by Udemy instructors at all levels. To make it manageable, maybe focus on one or two topics. For example, if someone feels that they've cracked the social media code, I'd love to hear the thought process, what they tried and how it worked out. Not just, "I used to use Facebook, but now I use YouTube", but specifically what they are posting and the thought processes behind it, along with both the positive and negative results of various approaches. Instructors at ALL levels may have breakthrough experiences to share that could be beneficial and inspirational to others. And the breakthroughs need not be just processes, they could be philosophies. For example, "I used to just try to cram as much good information as possible into each course, but now my goal is to provide a single specific transformation that is in demand. This helps me focus on both my content development AND my marketing, and has improved my sales." I know it's a lot to ask people to provide, but detailed case-studies seem to do well here and I know I'd love to see more of them, especially related to significant breakthroughs in their online course businesses. Thanks for asking!
