which PayPal account would be best for me to create

I'm new to Udemy and I'm wondering which PayPal account would be best for me to create - a personal or business account? I've heard that the business account comes with some additional charges, so I'm not sure which one to go for. Any advice would be appreciated.

These are the differences that you can find on the PayPal website about personal and business accounts.

Personal Account:

• Shop and pay online 
• Send payment as a gift 
• Personal account for casual sellers who want to get paid online but also make online purchases.

 Business Account:

• Account Fees
• Accept debit card, credit card, and bank account payments for a low fee 
• Allow up to 200 employees limited access to your account 
• Access PayPal products such as PayPal Checkout
• Operate under a company/group name
