I begin with an outline focused on solving a problem for my target audience.
Then I add learning objectives; steps to solving that problem.

I record videos and include reading materials (my notes) and self reflective assignments to apply the concepts in the course, for each section.

With my conclusion, I summarize the key concepts and talk about next steps. I often challenge students to create their own unique action plan.

Working on how to engage the students through a group to foster collaborative learning, so it’s not all online. Soft skills need practice.

Looking forward to the wisdom in this forum to sharpen my skills,
